Paramount has AMAZING service and GORGEOUS jewelry. We went there to look for me a wedding set for our 20yr anniversary and I am so completely pleased with my purchase and the service we received. They will get all my business in the future and if I could have given 10 stars I would have.
Yesterday I bought a ring for my girlfriend for Valentines Day, Jackie now “Jackie The Jewelry” in my phone, was very helpful. I highly recommended doing business with Paramount, I checked out two other stores in the area and Paramount had the exact ring she was looking for and it was $500 cheaper! While we were originally put off by the cold demeanor of the sales manager, she eventually warmed to us. To date, we have purchased three sets of earrings, my engagement ring, and my husband’s wedding ring from here. The jewelry is beautiful and competitively priced.
We went in today to purchase a new solitaire ring to replace one that I had lost. We were greeted with warm smiles and Jackie (store manager) was more than welcoming and helpful. Her knowledge on diamonds was top notch and she took her time to help us and answer our questions. We never felt rushed. We also had a not so big budget set and I cannot believe the ring that I was able to purchase today. I cannot say enough about the service we received today.
