Brett’s custom pieces are exquisite, his customer service is exemplary, and his knowledge of gems / jewelry makes him an easy person to trust with any custom request.nnIn November 2020, I reached out to Brett for an engagement ring consultation 3 weeks before I was planning to propose to my fiancée. He was extremely helpful, provided great design recommendations and guidance, and rendered his designs very quickly.nnOnce I decided on my final design (2 weeks before the proposal date), Brett ordered a few diamonds overnight for me to choose from and gave me great deals for the quality of diamonds they were. After I chose the diamonds—he had the custom setting built, shipped across the country, and the ring assembled within 6 business days (did I mention this was over Thanksgiving?). Brett was ready for me to pick up the ring 2 days prior to my proposal date and was willing to meet me at his office over the weekend in order to accommodate my tight timeline.nnI would recommend Besco Custom Jewelers to anyone and will continue to go to Brett for my fiancée’s wedding band and gifts in the future!

They did a great job repairing the 2 bracelets that I bought years ago this last Christmas so that I could give my wife a special surprise this year....she actually thought they were lost. Great job

Absolutely incredible service! I took my engagement ring in to get resized and they were extremely professional and informative about the whole process and the price. No hidden fees! I got my ring back and it was shiny and beautifully done and fits amazing! They quality of the job is unmatched! I will be returning for cleanings and any other jewelry needs!
