We received great service for purchase of our new flooring for our home. Dustin helped us in the store buying the product. He was friendly, informative and was most helpful with follow up phone calls to check in on the progress of the work. Then Will came to take measurements, he was kind, friendly and did a great job. The installers worked hard, did a great job, kept us informed of their progress and left the home in great order after the work. They spent two days doing a wonderful job. Great experience! High quality carpet, vinyl plank and back splash tile for a very competitive price. Installation was quick and they did a good job. Staff was very accommodating during this time of COVID. Highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Brazos Valley Flooring & Design!! Gabby & the whole team took excellent care of us! Gabby patiently helped me evaluate all the available flooring & lighting options and to help me find the most beautiful flooring options for our home and stay in budget! Temo & the installation team did a fabulous job on the installation as well! The shower surrounds & tile in the bathrooms is truly a work of art! I am so grateful!! I would highly recommend Brazos Valley Flooring and Design!
