Paid 3500 for a double sided lightbox sign the service was absolute terrible and the sign came out so unprofessional it was completely disproportional and the size increments weren’t even taken correctly had to have it re-done by another sign company would not recommend going here
Terrible customer service, no refund after completely ruining our wrap job which they never even completed half of. Horrible communication. Do not waste your money. Seriously.
I placed an order for 8 large pieces. I dealt with their staff at their office and via phone. Excellent customer service skills. Saad and his team took care of us in a very professional manner. Not only were they quick to respond, the end product was delivered quickly as well! Communication was very good and their ability to take a mental design and put it on paper was great!!! I would highly recommend them for any and all sign needs!
