What a disappointment! If I could give no stars I would! We started planning our girl trip back in May and I tried to book appointment for horse back riding on the beach with the person in charge Leslie. I have sent her multiple emails and she did not want to commit to booking anything with us. I understand that the situation was a bit confusing around Covid so I didn't get upset over it. However, I have sent her another email on September 30th and she didn't even reply to it. Then I did also leave her a voice mail last Saturday (October 31st) and she gave me a call early Monday (two days later) to let me know that they are fully booked for the days I have been trying to book an appointment for five months. I did get upset at that statement and texted her back that if all her customers have to work half as hard to set an appointment, then I feel bad for them. She stated to me that she is happy that we couldn't book an appointment with her since I am such a rude person and she wouldn't want me around her horses! What an interesting person this Leslie is! I have no other words! I would recommend that if you are a planner like me and would like to book horse riding with a person or company who would be professional, then choose anyone else but them!

Great Experience. My husband bought me horseback riding on the beach for my birthday. Our scheduled ride was postponed due to weather. They were great to work around our schedule. The horses were fantastic and the ride was long. I will recommend them.

This is an excellent place to ride horses on the beach! The owners went above and beyond to make my proposal something to remember. Everyone is very nice and easy to talk to. The horses were very well trained and calm through the ride. Beach Bums horse rides would be my only choice for horse riding near Galveston. Thanks for everything!
