This is NOT Gray Line, they sub contract to STAR.nBooked TWO different 8 hour gray Line tours. They cancelled the first at 7:30 the night before saying they could not find a driver. Have been trying for almost two weeks to get a refund. Contacted Gray Line Hdq. and they had me write an email. Now I can't get an email response and no one answers their Headquarters Customer Service phone.nThe second tour had a very nice driver but he had never given the tour. He only knew the places to stop at he had no idea how long to stay at each stop. Lunch was included but we had to use Google maps to find the restaurant and then it was closed for the day.
