Buyer beware this is the only Sunglass Hut known to sell FAKE sunglasses!!nnI went to another store due to being on work assignment, and needed them adjusted.nnThe Rep there helped showed me why they were fake.nnNeedless to say, returns are only accepted at the store you purchased from and within 30 days. Since I was on job assignment, I couldnt even return them at a different store.nnNow Im stuck paying $200 for some $2 flea market sunglasses!!
Didn't find what we where looking for at the store but we did online. Staff was extremely helpful
Excellent customer service. Stopped in today and was greeted by the salesperson and told him what I was looking for. He found several really good options and and helped me select the perfect pair and fit for my face And - he didn’t choose the most expensive pair! He also repaired my old pair of sunglasses. I never felt rushed and he was extremely courteous the entire time!
Let the customer shop in peace instead of being right behind them and asking a dozen of questions. You lost two sales today for annoying me rather than letting me look and shop for what I was going for. Never going back to this location that’s for sure.
