Very professional and friendly. On time and very knowledgeable of our dryer repair. Service was great and I would recommenced their services, I will be calling them for my next repair. Thank you, my dryer works great!

We were given a two-hour window when the repair person would arrive. Joe arrived early in that time span and was informative and easy to deal with. He explained the two possibilities of what the problem might be, made a recommendation, had the needed belts in the truck, and quickly fixed our older washer. I will definitely call Kelbachs the next time we need an appliance serviced.
