The School has faculty that wish the best for the kids. This may be true but they do not take action to help them. Also even though I was not one of them, if you are a troubled kid who gets in a lot of trouble then they will always know you as that and are out to get you. To add to this the school is easy, heck maybe even too easy. It doesn't prepare you for college like you should be.

School's staff has best in mind for children, however they are not understanding of those who live off post and should not be on a military base and be a DOD school. This is ridiculous, it would be better if it were a DoD school. I'd rather not compare it to other schools I've been to on other bases-If I did I would probably not even rate it for fear of ranting about even more problems with it. But the kids are behaved and its better than a school off base that has security guards because the kids there bring guns to school. Enjoy, send your kid here but don't like them get on the staff's bad side: they'll always be on it.

I walked into this school thinking all I was going to do was get an education.nI was wrong. I walked into this school and the first thing I felt was pride. The wings of a bald eagle sprouted out of my back and the power of George Washington surged through my veins. I felt the power of my ancestors raise upon me and gave me the power to destroy all boundaries that came in my way. I felt the holy power of thousands of soldiers deaths sacrificed to give me the infinite knowledge of this school. I created a new spirit within myself. I felt like a god among men. Then I actually went to class and it sucked.

One of the best middle schools I have ever experienced on an Army post and I grew up Army and now have children that are attending schools on post so I have seen many schools on military installations. The elementary and middle school on Fort Sam are by far the best in the entire military if you're getting stationed here you will be quite pleased. I have two children on IEP's and one that is gifted and this district has gone above and beyond to accommodate my children so sad to be PCS'ing soon.

Glad I left lol. Very sexist school knew a teacher I'm pretty sure was on crack. Not a cool school. Loved the people and friends I made but we all agree this school is just no. Class of 2020
