Concentra Urgent Care

Have a had a good experience every appointment I’ve been to - from the front/back office and the therapy room. It really makes a difference to have positive people helping you when you’re going through therapy. Thank you to everyone there! !!! ♥ufe0f

Had an appointment at 8:30 am, and arrived at 8:04. The girl at front made me write my arrival time as 8:30, but it was 8:04 so I wrote 8:04. She then scratched my time and wrote 8:30. I was then told to go wait in my vehicle until 8:30. I go sit in my vehicle until 8:27 then I go inside and they make me start a bunch of paperwork. WHY COULDN'T I HAVE STARTED THE PAPERWORK AT 8:04?? I know the employees there have to be there all day, so to them it doesn't matter how long you're there. I have stuff to do.

As soon as you walk in you are acknowledged in a cheerful manner. There is not a long wait. Easy to get to. Overall great experience.

The facilities were good, the Dr. Recommended transfer to hospital. BP and vitals were good and advised that I had to be transferred by ambulance due to IV. I did not have an IV in at the time. A $900.00 plus ride to the hospital 14 miles away with no IV in at the time. Sounds like a racket to me.

This is a clean facility and the staff is nice. I appreciated the physician that I saw! She was explainative and I understood what she meant. I wasn't happy with how long it took to get signed out. It was over 15 minutes!
