SUCH an amazing place! After my surgery it seemed so far off that I’d be able to walk without pain. But after just 4 sessions that’s becoming a reality! I feel stronger after every visit. Any time I call with a question they are always available and so helpful. They’ve developed a customized plan for me to work on at home and they give great, detailed instructions! Thank you SO much Optimum Physio for making this process so much less painful (and more positive!) than I thought it would be!

We are a military family, so I was reluctant when I received a call from Optimum Physio to come in because of leaving the MTF, and possibly the drive..Sonia was extremely patient with me over the phone, and made me feel confident with moving forward using them. They are easy to get to, and the staff....I don't have enough words on how much I love them. Super professional, while also very down to earth, and they know their stuff! I feel SO taken care every single time I walk through the door. My treatments are phenomenal, and I can feel my knee improving and getting stronger. This place is THE PLACE to go!

Calling in to make my first appointment with optimum Physio, I could tell this was going to be a different experience. Sonia not only made my appointment but actually took time to listen to my problem, sympathize, crack some jokes and offer parenting advice. I came in for my consultation and after coming up with a plan, they immediately gave me my first laser appointment before I went home. After months of physical therapy with three other businesses, I was excited.nWhen we realized laser was helping with mobility but not pain, we decided to try dry needling. Three days after my first session, I slept through the night for the first time in 7 months! My pain was gone! It had become part of my daily life for so long I almost forgot what it was like to NOT experience pain with every movement.nFrozen shoulder is not a quick fix. We have a plan and going forward I have all the confidence in the world coming here was the best thing for me. They recognize when I need to change things up and try new movements. Even though I give them a hard time when they say “let’s try something new”, I really do appreciate it ud83dude06

Dr. Matt and his staff are just phenomenal. I thought I felt OK when I began therapy, but when they put me through my paces, I realized how off I was. After just couple of weeks I feel tremendous! Thank you all!

I absolutely love the team at Optimum Physio. They accurately diagnosed and treated my injury while also talking me through what to do in order to prevent future injuries. The clinic has a great atmosphere and you can easily tell how much they care about their patients. Would 100% recommend.
