I’ve been going here for at least 4 years. They’re always friendly. I recently had to go through the headache of my doctor not filling the right prescription for me despite me calling the doctor office every day for a week. When I told the pharmacy tech I wasn’t getting any response from my calls, she called the doctor’s office for me to make sure I got my meds before the weekend and I had my prescription within a couple hours. Super grateful for them always going above and beyond!

I received generic voice message stating prescriptions were ready. I was not able to check medications online. I went through drive thru and was asked for ID. When I got home I was given medication I no longer take. I immediately called pharmacy to ask if I could return the unopened individually sealed medication. Was advised no. I'm out $15 because neither the pharmacy representative or myself confirmed the medication I was picking up. Taking my business back to CVS. They confirm the medication you are picking up on each visit.

Been going here since I was born, and I’m 21 it’s been a long time with this heb pharmacy but lately my last 2 visits were the worst and I will be switching pharmacies, it’s like lately customer service is pushed out the door, and have been treated rudely without them having patience in explications

We love our pharmacists!!! Kathy, Jennifer,Alicia,Wendy are ALL caring and helpful!!! Kathy went to my father in law’s funeral!
