Dr. Lowe is compassionate and always provides excellent care. The staff is kind and responsive. I appreciate that they have taken steps to minimize contact and maintain safety during this pandemic. My little buddy never used to like other vet's offices, but these days at City Vet he's doing just fine.

City Veterinary Hospital has been a positive care center for all my pets, 3 dogs, three cats. Dr. Russell and Dr. Lowe are exceptionally professional and compassionate and knowledgeable on all aspects of veterinarian medicine. I’m always hesitant when looking for new care for my cats, since they’re family. This clinic has gone above and beyond to help me take care of my three babies. During the pandemic it has been a change in visits that has been hard, but even with curbside they gave me the time I needed to discuss their care, answer my questions and make necessary changes. I rescued a kitten June 2020 and they were there every step of the way and not once did I think there was something getting missed or overlooked. Another favorite part is they correspond through email so I can read suggested articles and fill out paperwork/history before coming in. If you don’t have a vet, these doctors are an excellent choice. Even with me moving, I’ll be driving the extra miles to still come see them.
