I have pneumonia and called in my prescription to get filled.nThey said an hour, called back an hour later- no one answered after 5 minutes of being on hold, went in an hour and a half later and it still wasn’t filled.nI’m not mad that the pharmacy was busy/backed up. But the amount energy it took for me to drive there, just to be told it’s not ready, literally drained me. Be honest with the time it will take so your patients aren’t the one suffering.
