Consistently professional,reliable and dependable service.nAll of the staff members go out of their way to get things done in every aspect.It is rare to see and experience this in these times, but I can honestly say that HEB Olmos Pharmacy staff are outstanding.

Newest employees always have an attitude. I've gone in on multiple occasions for the past few months and they ALWAYS make you feel like your presence is an inconvenience to them. Customer service aspect of the pharmacy should definitely be worked on. I won't give details, but for lack of better words, this pharmacy seems to have a lack of organization, communication with other employees, customer service, sense of urgency(employees always have a burnt out look on their face and are more sluggish than most other places I've been). Planning on changing pharmacies, which is a bummer since this one is closest and most convenient for me. The issues only started about 2-3 months ago.
