We used this company for years for Churches monthly movie night. We stuck with him through broken ankle and when he returned we had a new book keeper that had also broken her foot. Friday night, the night before movie night, he emails and says he will not be there because he wasn't paid. Malcom had 3 cell numbers he could have texted and yet sent a late night email saying he wasn't showing up after years of being paid regularly.nnWe shouldn't have had a payment issue, but to send notice less than 24 hours in advance, after business hours is just bad business. Texting him, it was obvious he didn't really want resolution, more just to ruin event. We just moved inside, and now have our own equipment, but in my opinion his business ethics are lacking. He did a nice intro for us and every time it ran I prayed that I wasn't responsible for the copyright infringements! We also had a cartoon disk. I forgot it on day and he said, no worries I copied it. Looking back, I should have known!nnWe will never use him again.
