I went to this location on Monday, November 23, 2020 at around 8:15 a.m. to pay off my property taxes. The wait wasn't too long but the spacing of the chairs during this pandemic was not adequate. While I was sitting there I observed a Hispanic female in booth #10 remove her mask to sneeze and then place it back onto her face. That was disgusting and totally disrespectful to the entire citizens awaiting service. I was called tonBooth number 7. I gave the young lady a handwritten note of what I observed and I kindly requested that she forward the note to a supervisor. I even left my telephone number to no avail as no one called. Avoid this place if possible.
12/9/20: Just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to contact the Tax office to determine why we have not received our car license sticker that we sent in payment for 3 weeks ago. No one answered the phone. That's poor customer service.
Horrible. Won't give my disabled daughter a handicap placard because our ids are out of state!!!! I am in the military that's why our ids our out of state!!!!
Rude employees! Why do you have to yell at someone for asking a question.
