I drove for Lyft one week, I went to make an appointment to return the car, they are only open until 3pm, I get off work at 4. I called customer service, they are not willing to work with me, they told me it's my fault I can't get my car in by 3PM. If I dont turn it in by 3, they will charge me for another week at $250. How is that fair and/or appropriate customer service. No flexibility at all. I feel like they just want your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LYFT!
I am rating this one star because you corperate lyft runners are cheating your driver's. I love lyft and it's services and it's drivers but step it up for your driver's.i pay 50 dollars y'all pay your driver 5.?!!!??
No phone numbers or ability to report issues when my Lyft App keeps crashing. No where on the app does it state that passengers need to wear masks

Horrid service today. Driver went to my destination request instead of my pickup request. He contacted me telling me he was in error and would be right there to take me to my doctor's appt. where he already had driven to! Evidently I was charged an additional 37.13 due to the driver's error. He also missed the turn off on the way back to my destination extending the trip by another 15 minutes because he had to get to a turn around to get me back to the place he just left! All I can get is some mumbo jumbo about his error not changing my trip. If my funds are not refunded. This will be the last time I or anyone I know will ever give LYFT the opportunity to rip me off!
