Horrible experience. The people working here do not have customer service skills. A worker named Inez is the worse. They sent my ring to the wrong store and gave it to some one else. The ring they tried to give me was worth 20$ when I spent more on the ring I bought. Inez didn’t want to help because I wasn’t buying anything. She blew me off to go and get a sale. She should be fired. She refused to call the manager. She tried sending me to the Ingram location and said my ring was over there and when I asked her to call she said they wouldn’t give her any information and told me to go over there. I called Ingram and spoke to Selena and she was amazing and helpful. She informed me my ring was not there. Inez just want to get me out of the store. They workers here sit around and talk and don’t answer the phone. They close the store early too. Worst store ever.

I bought a necklace for my wife earlier this month for Christmas. When I purchased it online, it gave me an option to have a personalized card which I filled out. When I went to pick up the necklace, there was no card included. I asked the gentleman about it and he said for some reason it was not included. The next day, I received a call from Carl, the new Store Manager. He heard that I did not receive the card and said he was going to make this right and have a nice engraved card sent to me. He worked to get this done through corporate, but was unable to get it done. Carl was not going to leave me hanging. I received a call from him letting me know that I am to expect a bouquet of flowers on my door step the Saturday after Christmas with my exact message that was going to be on the card with the necklace. I am extremely impressed that he went to all this trouble for a first time buyer with Kay Jewelers. I will be going back to Carl and Kay Jewelers for all my future purchases. Thank You Carl for everything!

I went to the mall to get my Invicta watched sized was a anniversary gift from my wife. On the way out I stopped in this Kay’s and explained my situation (I had no clue on what to get herud83dude14) the impersonal experience was humiliating the salesman completely dismissed me because of the way I was dressed. I work for a living I sweat for my family which is the reason I can spend money on my family if I ask for something DONT ASSUME I CANT PAY FOR IT AND SHOW ME SOMETHING CHEAPER! I saw the price on the calculator and was cheaper and he hid it quick and told me it was the same price. Nice going guy! Probably will not be returning to this location by the way my watch was over a grand. I love working for a living!

I have been to this location many times and have had very attentive service each time. The woman who assisted me searched extensively online for a piece of jewelry I had lost some time ago to see if I would be able to purchase the same one. I wish there were more Tanzanite and Moissanite gemstone rings as these are hot right now and very eye catching.

This company is terrible as a whole! My wife’s rings were damaged and have yet to be repaired correctly. Taken back for repair several times until we finally gave up. They say they will get it right but have yet to even come close
