They wanted almost $20 to replace a watch battery! I went to someone else for $8. I call this place Austin Highway Robbery. I gave them 1 star for answering the phone. Otherwise, I'd give 0 stars.

Sam, is a native San Antonian. He treats his customers like family. I have been doing business with Sam for 20 + years. In the jewelry business as in every business there are horror stories. Sam will take care of your precious items of jewelry as if they are his own. Sam does custom design, gemologist. You will not regret doing business with Sam

Excellent service! Went in to get a battery for my watch, fully expecting to have to leave it for a few days but instead was surprised with replacement while I waited only a few minutes. And they gave a significant military discount, again without me asking. Super!
