The owners were super knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to help me find everything I was looking for to set up my jewelry studio. They even offered tips and advice. I look forward to using them as I grow and learn. They had a wide variety of products, tools and materials. Great selection. Stellar customer service that you just can't find when ordering online. This place is rad! I had them work on a cherished antique necklace for my daughter that had been passed down to her from her mother and they fixed it very nicely and for a good price. They also are an excellent FFL dealer (good price!). In addition to all of this, I found them to also be cool, friendly folk. Highly recommended!
