The staff at Kendra Scott are amazing! Everyone was so helpful, they gave me a personalized shopping experience which is very enjoyable and I will enjoy the multiple pairs of earrings I bought for years to come!

Had to do an exchange, they made it so quick and easy for me. Great customer service

Called the store before I arrived ...they said they closed at 8...website states the same. Show up at 7:03 and the store was closed. What made it worst was the employees laughing that we were at the door and it was closed. Good customer service would’ve been them telling us..sorry we are closed. Only coming back to return stuff next time.

The biggest store in San Antonio! Wide range of collection compared to the la cantera location. Less crowded and more staff to help you!

Ordered the new parsons earrings for curbside pickup at the quarry location. I briefly checked the bag but didn’t throughly inspect(my mistake) ...when I got them home I noticed that one bead was missing on one earring and at least 8 beads were missing on the other earring. I took them back to the store the next morning (Sunday 2/7). The sales associate did the next she could, she told me they didn’t have anymore in stock so she would return them to a gift card and re order , only to find out that I would have to pay the 2.95 shipping...ok, $3 no big deal but this is my 2nd time in the store..the earrings were defective... so who I’m assuming to be the manager comes over and says “well you either have to pay the shipping or I can call la there’s nothing we can do about the shipping I can’t override it” I explained that this was my second time in the store, I’m not paying shipping for something I originally came to pick up at the store and I’m not driving to la cantera... I told her I know I used my birthday discount but can I just return them? It’s not worth my time. She goes “yeah I mean if that’s really what you want to do” and walked away. Then the sales associate tried to return the item, had issues went back to the color bar with (I’m assuming the manager) and said she would be right back. After waiting -~15 minutes the sales associate returned and they miraculously found a way to get the shipping taken care of and shipped the new earrings to my home. Not impressed with the earring quality and definitely concerned about the customer service. I’ve been a long time Kendra lover but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never had such a poor experience. It’s been a while since I’ve shopped in store, but they definitely need a new manager and leader.
