WORST Insurance experience of my life!!! This agency used to be owned by another agent, who was fabulous, and unfortunately passed away. We had all of our rental property insurance with this group.nnI received a letter from my mortgage company the first week of January that my property insurance had been cancelled (this is the first I'd heard of that). After spending hours on the phone with my mortgage company, the insurer (Wellington), and Group Insurance (First Savers) -- I learned that Wellington had sent the invoice to the wrong address, hence, my mortgage company did not receive, so did not pay out of escrow (which they had for the previous 3 years with no problem).nnNeither Wellington nor First Savers had any interest in resolving this situation. After calling around to several other agencies for quotes and new coverage, all were horrified that First Savers hadn't made an attempt to contact me to resolve this issue (which could have all be taken care of with a simple phone call).
