I have had Sue as my agent for a long time. She is very friendly, and responds promptly to any questions I have. When I bought my home she took care of all the new homeowner’s insurance stuff that I had no clue about. She walked me through what was needed by the mortgage company, what the minimums for coverage are legally allowed to be, and what sorts of additional coverage should be purchased. It is very reassuring to have an expert walk you through this stuff, because you never know what you need and don’t have until you file the claim if you just buy from some online website.nnAbout 6 months ago we had a pretty bad hail storm and I was bracing myself for all the surprises that would come with having my roof redone. Sue and Donovan (another great person that works at ARM!) helped me all the way through the process, and the only surprise I had was that there were no surprises! I can’t tell you how many horror stories I hear about “this thing isn't covered” or “That exceeded your limits” from other people, but Sue and Donovan did an excellent job making sure my policy would cover me when I needed it, and they held my hand all the way through the claims process.nnCome see these folks if you don’t have a real agent to talk to, or the one you have doesn't return your calls! They are awesome!

This is what I wish every part of starting and running a small business went like. Always ready to help and go the extra mile. I like how I can physically go into the office if I am close by and take care of anything. Donovan is always quick and sharp and on top of things.
