Elizabeth Johnson has one of the worst customer services ever. Absolutely terrible, and extremely rude. I have tried to get in contact with her about my home insurance ans she refuses to pick up and even return my calls. She is rude and absolutely horrible. She replies slower than a sloth working at the DMV. If you were that slow then you should've retired long ago. Do not go to this agency. In fact if you like slow service then do not go here. The local Dairy Queen right across the street can insure policies better than she can.
