Sunday was only time I have called Fire Department. I tend as many also to take them for granted. They came twice in 2016. I fell in middle of night. Housemate knew firemen and called. Extremely professional. Picked me up and told me not to fall again. I didn't heed. Spent 4 nights and days on my back results were 15 days ICU and 7 week hospitalized. So my foster kitty began call for help about 10am Sunday. Very stressful for handicapped vet with bad heart, horrible knees, cataract vision, and relies on hearing aids. Listened and looked for hours before calling this station. So professional. Within 10 minutes of arriving the crew of young men located CJ the kitten, rescued it, and sent it home. Very thirsty cat. Great job from this crew. So grateful. All for a small pet.
