This office is horrible. They are evil mean and extremely unprofessional. I chose this facility because I live down the street and I do not care now if I have drive hours to get to a professional facility with doctors that care. They have an office manager that exhibits intimidating and disruptive behavior and promotes it to their staff. The front staff are bullies and their intention is to cause conflict if they do not like you for their personal reason. They need to close down.

I called in to bring in my daughter because she was ill. The other parent, my daughter's mom told them not to allow me to get my daughter seen, they denied my daughter from getting medical services. The bad thing about this is that I have my parental rights. They should learn to read a court order and less in personal situations. This doctor should advocate for the patient not the parent.

I LOVE doctor Rizo but the staff is about to have me move pedatricians. I asked two simple things of them. The first was to fax my daughter scripts to my pharmacy so I could fill and pick up my daughter's meds same day. They told me they could not and handed her dad paper script. My daughter didn't get her meds that night! And then she needed a action form for school in order for her school to give her her inhaler. Went round and round about the form. The finally agreed to fill out paperwork but when I asked them to fax it to my pharmacy again they told me id have to pick it up. I live 30+ min away from this place. Only go there because I was recommended and I like Rizo but again staff is horrible to work with!!

Dr. Rizo along with the other doctors in the office are wonderful and caring to our family. My family is well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Great dr! Has been my sons dr for 6 years now and he enjoys seeing her at every visit! She has great staff and referrals as well. She’s very sweet and great with everyone!
