Up front - this review is not on Dr. Goldvekht's ability/capability but rather on the customer service support he employs.nnI called them on 6 March at 1030 am.nnI would be a little cautious with this place only because I originally called them and scheduled an appointment and then cancelled it. The initial person I spoke with was rude and hung up on me. I called back to see if they would provide me an email confirming that I had cancelled the appointment and Yvonne wanted to know why I was cancelling. I told her I was going to use an in-service provider vice them and she also was a bit rude. She wanted more details as to why I was cancelling and I simply asked her if they would provide me an email confirming that I cancelled and she said No - they don't do that. Not exactly how you might want to treat your potential customers. Certainly will not refer anybody to this Dr - simply based upon the rude behavior of his staff.

I had a test done and his office staff was amazing they went beyond there Job Duties.

had read rives how bad his officestaff was some had left him because of it found out why to day did not make appointment it was like she wasn't listening to me
