I took my young daughter to visit Dr. Matthew Gordon for a surgical procedure. From the initial visit to our follow up, the doctor and his staff were very pleasant, professional and caring. They were very gentle with my little girl and we left the office with a very positive experience. Thank you all so much for taking care of my daughter’s dental/surgical needs.

Seriously, couldn’t believe the traumatic experience I had here. I went here for my wisdom tooth extraction and had a horrible experience with the roughness of Dr. Gordon. It began when I was in the chair waiting to be numbed when I heard another girl crying next room over and the assistant yelling “stop crying,” to this girl. He then comes into my room as a nice guy at first but once he found out I didn’t want to go under he was extremely ruff with the local anesthesia shots. His response to me telling him “not to shake my head while having the shot in my gum because it’s uncomfortable,” was “you should’ve known what you got yourself into.” I have already been through this process with my other two wisdom teeth with a different dentist and know how it works already. I was so uncomfortable and I walked out of this place with half of my face numb due to how he took advantage of my pain, argued with my mom, and the 40 minute wait after I had received my local anesthesia.

Ok so I look at reviews of places and I was hesitant, because it seemed like 3.2 out of 5 not so good..I not really a review writing person , but i felt my experience needed to be added so that those people interested can take it for what it’s worth. BUT I will say I took my 16 year old daughter in to get wisdom teeth extractions. The consultation went well he addressed the concerns I had. Listened to me and her and I felt good about it. Cut to today , I took her in, and mind you Im nervous for her, they let me be with her until they administered her sedation drug. Again always asking if I had questions. For her it was very straight forward extraction , it only took 20-25 minutes. If that. The staff was great. He kept saying please if there are any issues keep calling here day or night 24/7 until you speak with someone. I am sorry for those that had a negative experience. Dental procedures definitely are no joy. I told him she was anxious and he said that is completely understandable, and spoke to her and already had pain meds being sent to the pharmacy when I left to go pick up. Again, I believe people can have different experiences no doubt. I am just here to say that I was very satisfied and thankful to the care from Dr. Gordon and his staff. I would recommend them and refer them to anyone needing an oral surgeon. This was 2/23/2021.

I'll be honest. Going into this place, I was a little bit nervous. Whenever you are dealing with possible surgery on your face, you are understandably concerned. I read the reviews online hoping to get a feel for what this place would be like. There was a good mix of both good and bad reviews. I wasn't really sure what to expect.nFrom the moment I walked in the door though, I knew I had made a good decision. All the ladies working in the office and the assistants were very nice, friendly and helpful. As for Dr. Gordon, I could not have imagined a better visit. He took the time to listen to all my questions (which were many), answer them in an understandable way, and went way above and beyond in explaining things and making sure I knew my options. And on top of all that, he's not just out to get your money. The treatment he recommended required no additional expenses, not even a series of unnecessary follow-up visits like I've had to do elsewhere in the past. Dr. Gordon is very knowledgeable and has been practicing for quite a long time. Like I said, I ended up not needing surgery, but if I did, I would definitely choose to have it done here. I would feel comfortable being operated on by someone with such extensive experience and who is so patient and willing to answer questions. Having someone that listens is always a huge deal to me. Dr. Gordon even told me that if any issues or problems arise, he is available 24/7 anytime I need to talk, and that I would hear from him probably in about 15 to 20 minutes. I seriously cannot say it enough how good of an experience it was. Keep up the great work y'all!!!

Dr. Gordon is awesome. Explained all my options, performed a procedure without pain or complications, and was super personable the entire time. Made me feel comfortable and confident about our agreed upon treatment plan and despite having had a tooth extraction during my visit- I left feeling as though it was a pleasurable experience! I’ll recommend him every chance I get. Thanks Doc!
