Disability Resource Center of Winnebago County

Absolutely terrible experience with these people. I had a problem with my Rep payee services, a company called Oshkosh family services. The bad things I have to say to them will take up more than 10 pages. So let me share my experience with the Oshkosh aging and disability resource center. Anyways I had a problem with my current Rep payee services withholding money from me. As of this moment I have absolutely no money for food medication and the basic necessities of life until the 22nd of July. My Rep payee a lady by the name of Denise ottman, completely mismanaged my funds she cut me a check this Friday for $75 and didn't tell me it should not be cutting me another check this past Monday which is part of my usual schedule. This lady named Deb from the aging and disability resource center what's supposed to resolve this issue. When I talked with her on the phone she sounded able and ready to defend me she said that all of the money did I get for disability was mine to have when I chose after my bills were paid, she said she was going to write a scathing email to Denise explaining about my rights as a person on disability. I thought you was going to me I be my advocate instead she did nothing more can work out a payment plan for next month and left me hanging with no money until next Monday which is the 22nd. She basically pass the buck and said that The rest of my payments we're between Denise and myself. She laid down like a lazy dog and left me hanging. Thanks for nothing! So now I've hit the pawn my tools and other important items so I have money until next Monday. She really dropped the ball on me.nNot appreciated!
