Got there around 5 minutes before departure, so I had to sit next to a stranger(nice old lady; I was riding alone anyways). Pretty direct: sit, chill, arrive. Very affordable too. Gets a bit cold at night so I recommend taking a sweater.
These buses have better set ups than greyhound buses. The restrooms have a vent hole and are clean. And checking in is simple. Just advise you to bring an umbrella if it's a rainy day.
Rode from San Antonio to Austin- clean bus! Prompt bus ride- I suggest arriving 20min prior to departure time. Friendly staff. I didn't have to print a ticket- I just showed them my confirmation number that was emailed to me. Highly recommend it for a goodnCheap ride. Wifi and outlet is also a huge plus!!!
Greyhound is now the better value, because Megabus prices have gone up, yet they still don't have stations. (and I think they may have fewer extra buses and drivers on call, too)nnThe bus was 1:28 late for a 1:25 minute trip, and the whole wait was done standing or sitting on pavement. They don't provide any seating, and refused to provide a refund for this quite miserable experience.nnAt Greyhound, there's at least some seating, TV, restrooms, some barebones food options. At Megabus, nothing. It's literally nothing but a piece of pavement. Back when the fares were significantly lower than the competition, it was a sacrifice worth considering. At this point, it's more like a ripoff.nnI have heard plans are underway to provide an actual station. If that's done, I will update this review.
Not really a station. Just an empty lot with homeless people living on it. The o let thing good about it is closeness to hotels in the area so you wouldn't have to take a cab.
