H-E-B Pharmacy

I love coming here but they have certain people that work here that are rude and disrespectful. One is a middle aged guy who is overweight and the other one was a hispanic woman. They talk over you and try to make you look dumb. I appreciate the others who are helpful and nice.

I love this HEB. I frequent for grocers and their pharmacy. So much friendly, helping staff. Great place to shop.

Heb pharmacy drive thru takes forever! I was waiting 20 minutes behind a car! Prepare to spend 40 minutes total!

These people will look you dead in the eye with zero customers and tell you to wait 45 mins with zero people at the car thing... they had the time to sit and argue about it though.. transferred that Rx no more business for your location

Every time I go to pick up a medication, there is some excuse as to why it’s not ready. Text never come through anymore. We were over charged by $200 each time on 6 accounts. I guess apparently the pharmacist is now my primary health care provider? I work out of town, am checked out by my doctor (or at least who I thought was my doctor) multiple times a year. Since I have to travel far, including to Mississippi and New Mexico my Dr. approves to send my prescription in if my days heading out are within a 72 hour period before my refill date...He understands the uncomfortable, & dangerous symptoms that occur if I suddenly stop my medication. He also understands I drive over 10 hours sometimes to my work location. However it seems to me that HEB’s pharmacist or pharmacy techs have now become my health care provider???... Telling me when they can fill my script, even when paying out of pocket, & with a script sent in only two days early due to me working out of town for two weeks in the middle of no where...I do not know if it’s lazy employees, corrupt pharmacists, or what the issue is but this H-E-B can’t get it together. They most definitely have something suspicious going on, & try to make their customers feel guilty for trying to fill their regular medication. I guess they will be responsible in the event something occurs due to dangerous side effects that can happen without my medication my Dr. sent in to fill. Since they treat their customers like they are the ones prescribing & regulating their medication, they might as well now be my primary care...Not to mention the several times they have tried to tell me my script was picked up, to turn out to be a misunderstanding once I assure them it hasn’t...We will no longer be using them, their a mess!
