Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. But service is very very slow. It happens everytime that I call them for refills, they would give me a pickup time, but they start working on my refill when I show up there.nNever ever it happens that they have it ready.nAnd once they start working on it, it takes minimum 45mins.nMake sure you have an hour free when going to this pharmacy.

Fast and friendly service! We get our diabetic supplies here! They aways have a wide selection in stock which is hugely convenient! I used to use Walmart and it was always hit or miss on if they had the longer half inch tips! I don't know if it's just that Walmart or all Walmarts in general, but we had about 75/25 chance of disappointment/in stock exactly the way we want! I don't think we will ever go anywhere else and I really wish we had HEB stores back home in Colorado! Kinda bummed out... But thank you HEB!! We love ya!

Friendly staff but always slow service. Ton of people always working. They never are in a hurry to take care of customers in line. Several people in line and one slow person at the counter and a bunch of people in the back who could care less. Why do they even have 4 cash stations??????
