Essential Med Clinic - The Office of Dr. Freda Cobbinah

O.M.G.! This was my first visit...and from the moment I walked through the door the staff was very professional and courteous. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and answered all my questions with no hesitation or frustration.nnLet me tell you about Dr. Freda Cobbinah. She was nothing less than AMAZING!!!! I was so worried about going to a new doctor and boy I’m so glad I did. She was very attentive. She was very thorough. She explained in detail whatever I needed or wanted to know. I was extremely pleased with my entire experience.

Hands down one of the best and easiest doctor visits. I have been to a couple of PCP doctors in the past and none have really been able to help me. I found some specialists, but they are expensive and ER visits are extremely expensive as well. I found Dr. Freda Cobbinah and I could not be more pleased. I have been struggling with awful migraines and a couple other health conditions, and Essential Med Clinic was able to get me seen the same week I called. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very sweet and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease the entire time while talking about the nature of my appointment. I have a difficult schedule with being a college student and work, and they saw me after hours at 6:00pm via a telehealth appointment! It was so easy to be able to just log on to my appointment, and Dr. Cobbinah listened to me and spent 30 minutes with me. I don't have insurance and while prescribing me medications she had good RX up to make sure she was being mindful of the cost. I can not tell you how appreciative I am and how great it feels to finally have a very kind PCP that doesn't rush your appointment in 10 minutes. She listens so well and came up with a unique medication regimen specifically for me. Dr. Cobbinah and her staff are amazing! Don't hesitate to reach out to them.

The first of importance is that your appointment starts on time. The staff is cordial to your concerns the moment you enter the office, and always available through multiple communication platforms when you leave. They even answer the telephone. Great place.

The Doctor and Staff were friendly and followed CDC guidelines to make sure everyone is safe. Very professional.

I loved Dr Cobbinah ! her staff super sweet .I was looking for a primary Doctor as my last doctor passed away and I had to search for another, An acquaintance highly recommended her.And was so glad to have found her. She listened and she is very caring.I did not have to wait very long but if I had too,its because she might have a patient that needs more time .Pretty much the same if it was turned around for you.
