Easily one of the best wine shops in San Antonio. The reason is that staff knows their wine and spirits very well. If you're into wine, ask for They are excellent at finding you a good bottle in your price range.
Great experience at this place, Diego helped out my friends and I for a recipe we wanted to try. We ended up purchasing all 3 he recommended & got to taste test one of the 3. Customer service was great, his character and knowledge is what had us sold. Keep up the great work Diego !
Stopped in to pick up some Christmas Cheer. Wasn't sure about what I wanted. Found the staff to be exceedingly knowledgeable of their products and left very happy with our purchase. The wines we selected were perfect for our small family gathering. Thanks to everyone on staff!!
Exactly what you think it is, alcohol everywhere! Which is a good thing. They have stuff for the everyday need like a cheap bottle of wine or the anniversary needs like expensive whiskey. Plus, staff is super friendly!
I placed an order online for Delivery Thursday. I called Total Wine and More and was assured my items would be delivered. I had ordered water for my ENTIRE community which had been without water for 48 hours. People with babies were considering using pool water to make bottles it has gotten so bad. Our path was clear and there was no ice to our home. I placed the order to make sure I had everything available and their website confirmed the orders. Today I got an email saying my order was cancelled. No phone call, not even an email. Just my order had been cancelled in the 11th hour. I’m not sure what to tell people who were counting on this order.nnI’ll be shopping literally anywhere else in the future.
