I have done business with this store before and was very surprised they acted as they did I drove from Boerne to have my repair done. My diamond is a GIA diamond and When I picked up my ring I ask to look at it under the microscope, very nicely I always ask that and it was like I threw hot water on them. I said it wasn't anything against them but the mode really changed he didn't help me until I ask if he could help with putting it under the scope the other guy said they should have never taken my ring in, business is business and it makes me feel better to check my stone. I have never been made to feel this way at other stores. I think the lady above had it right they have their noses too high in the air. They are very rude!!
The team at Stone Oak Jewelers are an amazing group of people. They all really care that each customer is treated with excellence. They have an amazing collection of jewelry to fit all styles.
