Thank u Rachel for being patient with me.nI was required to use hand sanitizer upon entering their store, awesome. Overall nice experience. I'll shop in-store vs online now, if available.

I love this location, the staff is very professional, the boutique is very clean, and the purses are beautifully displayed! Highly recommend

So I ordered a bag online form Coach for my wife's birthday! She loves their bags. When it comes in I notice the box is super small, so I open it and the bag is tiny! Not what I thought! I looked up the closest coach outlet and found this one 3 hours away and yup it's the closest. I call and speak to James who is not only so understanding put tells me he can help me pick out a bag for her and have it shipped to me in time for my wife's birthday and how to return the bag I didnt want. He had another store associate model a bunch of different bags and took tons of pictures and told me about all the deals they had going on and before I knew it we had a bag picked out that was perfect for her and he saved the day! James customer service was above a d beyond and made me a customer of their outlet center from now on! No more online I will call there and ask for James!

About a year ago I walked in with my friend to look at some items. We were doing a school project where we had to find high end accessories, so we were looking at the scarfs. As we looked at the variety of scarfs, a worker came up to us. He stated “I’m going to have to ask y’all to leave. We don’t participate in these things.” Shocked, me and my friend politely left the store. I found the statement odd because there was almost no one In the store. I haven’t been back since. It’s really sad when in comparison the other places we went to (Neiman Marcus, Tory Burch, and Tiffany & Co.) were super helpful and informative! I hope the employees at Coach are more considerate in the future.
