Update** After purchasing an engagement ring a year ago, I returned to purchase a wedding band. Hilda once again helped me get the perfect wedding band to go with the engagement ring. My new bride loves the rings and Hilda was very helpful every step of the way. **nnI purchased a engagement ring from Hilda, and it was the best experience. As someone that didnt have a lot of knowledge about diamonds, Hilda took the time to thoroughly explain the grades and help me pick a ring that was not only in budget, but also very elegant. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy that special gift for that special person.

So let me share my experience with you. I was coming in to this store without having zero knowledge about diamonds. So this guy Sid greets me at the front of the store. A good gentlemen who educated me about diamonds first and gave me knowledge on how it actually works and what is it to buy a diamond. My experience was amazing cause I felt like I’m investing in something and I’m not wasting my money just buying a ring. I went to many places before this and simply people would show me the rings and the prices without any knowledge and I wouldn’t feel confident enough to buy it. My experience was amazing and I would recommend Sid over anyone for buying any kind of diamond jewelry.
Diamonds Direct SA truly made my dreams come true for my husband and I. We came in with little knowledge, completely unprepared, and a unique timeline for our engagement and marriage. Hilda came to the rescue! She made sure we made informed decisions on the diamond and rings and really made the whole experience stress free for the both of us. Big kudos for Rick Hillegass. Not all the salesperson like him. He's not pushy, professional, and give us better options for our budget. Most salesman always push us to buy maybe more than our price range but Rick with patience helped us find the right fit for our budget with perfect sparkling diamond with awesome quality for our wedding ring.
