Terrible experience. These people are either rude or incompetent. I took my Rolex to be fixed/serviced and I was dismissed and told ‘good luck’ because they thought my watch was not genuine. Almost felt like I brought a stolen watch. Turns out the bezel/dial is extremely rare- so again- rude or incompetent. I highly recommend Korman Fine Jewelry in Austin. They recognized the make model and provided excellent service.
Went in to Lee Michael’s to talk about watches. I had some questions about Watches and getting something special for myself. I spoke with Jessica about what I was looking for and what aesthetics I enjoyed about certain watches. She put me on a couple that I absolutely love. I couldn’t decide between the two I narrowed it down to, so I left to look into them and come back with a decision. I work in sales too and I really enjoy when I come across salespeople that are not pushy and are more focused on the customer experience. Thank you again Jessica.
