Went to Kendra Scott (@ La Cantera) yesterday with my kids to find a gift for my wife. CAROLINE and MELVA made our visit extra special. They went above and beyond in helping us find the right pieces of jewelry and added a nice touch by gift wrapping each one. Thank you ladies for your 5-star hospitality. We will definitely be back and we’ll certainly be sure to ask for your assistance again!
Staff is very rude. I walked in and not one person even acknowledged me. When I walked around to find someone to help me, she basically acted like I was a bother to her. I was wanting to do an exchange and Unfortunately what I wanted this store didn’t have. I asked her is she could call the Austin locations and she called 1, and said they were closed at 4pm. I would rather order online than come to this store. WORST customer service ever.
The staff was super friendly! I went in for some damaged earrings and they were very helpful and make the replacement super easy.
The employee are extremely helpful and courteous. Love shopping at that location
Staff is rude. Even the manager. Noone tells you hi when you come in. You're basically a bother to them. No one wants to help you just look busy and stand in one spot. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me. I rather make an extra 30 minute drive then come here again or order online. Worst service ever
