Liz at this location is amazing. She was super nice & helpful to both my wife and myself. She went above and beyond. She didn't have mens jewelry at this location but made sure to help my wife in every way possible to find it at another store as well as when it was taking longer than expected for my gift to come in for my wife, she searched every store available til she found the ring & had it transferred to her store quickly. We both will continue to shop at this location! We love Swarovski brand very much & she is an amazing asset to the company.

I came in looking for one thing that they didn’t have but unlike the other stores I visited the ladies here made sure to accommodate me with other options that were simply beautiful! Jeneva was amazing and went above and beyond! Absolutely amazing!!!

We returned something that was within the date of their return policy, and their sales person was very resistant on performing the return. She first questioned us about the return date without carefully checking the receipt that the return date had not expired yet. Then she tried to convince us to buy more stuff from them. I like Swarovski products but their customer service should be improved. They should know a good customer service is not all about selling!

The store manager Sarah Price was very helpful and courteous exchanging out our damaged ring! She was the reason we bought a necklace too. Definitely recommend going to this store! Very happy customers :)

The short blonde hair lady is Very unprofessional and needs more trainingnShe was mad because I explained to her how to do what she was suppose to do so she tells me to leave the store after the purchase because she felt stupid not knowing how to do it in the first place threading me to call the security when i just wanted to exchange my gifts with boxes and receipt.nJUST LEAVE those were her word because i showed her that it was possible to do so after giving me a hard time for half an hour.
