I really hate writing bad reviews. I almost never do them, but this place makes the exception. I really wanted to try shopping here for the first time because a friend recommended the clothing to me. Don't get me wrong the clothes were beautiful and I will probably shop online from now on. The customer service was terrible. I came in today just earlier and the whole store was almost empty except one other lady. I was not greeted when I walked in or helped, but she was (probably because she was dressed nicely, while I wasn't) During my purchase the cashier BARELY smiled or asked me anything. It was really snobby and I just hate service like that. I work in customer service and I can tell you, they suck.

I went into Ann Taylor and the lady working there came to ask me if I needed help, but then I noticed she was lingering in the area as I was shopping. I felt uncomfortable, like she was making sure I wasn't going to steal. Then they watched me leave after their frumpy clothes didn't fit. Corporate definitely needs to retrain or find new employees.
