We came into the store after awhile, my wife and I usually have had bad experiences in the past. The manager there isn't very welcoming but Nadeen had helped us and and my daughters had an amazing time she was very sweet and we didn't feel rushed at all. 10/10 Ask for her.

Great variety of charms. Harry Potter collection is gorgeous. Customer service is very professional and respectful, Maria and Valeria are very attentive and willing to help.

I think I can agree with other reviews saying the staff seems rude and unwelcoming. I walked up to an employee and she asked me, in a rather rude way, if I needed anything. I showed her a Harry Potter charm that I wanted to purchase for my cousin for Christmas, and she told me that it wasn't included in the Black Friday sale. I knew for a fact it was because the sale explicitly states all charms are included except the Star Wars collection. I told her that didn't make sense and asked her why it isn't included in store, but online it is, and she started mumbling an excuse I didn't end up hearing, so I left. I was able to order the same charm for 35% off to be picked up at another store, but I don't think that this one shows professionalism and respect for their customers.

The customer service WAS VERY VERY BAD ud83dudc4e. The employees were unprofessional to attend the customers. VERY SLOW SERVICE AND ATTENTION. They need to training the employees to better service. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.
