This place has been hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I went in looking for a luxury watch, thinking of a Rolex and I came out with an Omega which I fell in love with, even though I tried on many watches I was never pressured to purchase the most expensive watch, usually other jewlery or watch stores pressure you to make the most expensive purchase. Monica was very patient and had an extent knowledge in horology. Her customer service made me feel excited, secure, and happy about my purchase.

Met with Jack, even though we didn't make a sale, they were courteous and very informative. Jack went above and beyond in customer service. Very comfortable surrounding. Recommend highly. Thank you.

Disgusting, i would avoid this place at all cost . Sold to someone with more cash even though i had reserved it . Better services elsewhere
