I went in to upgrade my wedding ring, I had a few ideas before I went in and they were there to help me get exactly what I was looking for. There are no bad things to say at all. Very very helpful staffs. Beautiful selections on jewerly.
First visit to this location. Was in the area, today... Anyways, Elaine was extremely helpful with the 2 things I needed today: Engagement ring ideas for my girlfriend and then time pieces for me. She went through all the possible stones and setups for my partner. Her knowledge off the top of her head and her thorough analysis of what my partner is looking for has helped us tremendously and I will remain in contact with her for the coming months to plan this wonderful sequence out. Lastly, I walked out with a beautiful every day watch to help me put my TAG away. She’s very sweet and was great to do business with! Will return to this store in the future. Was waiting around for 15-20 without even being greeted, meanwhile a cartel member goes in there and receives preferential treatment. Ended up buying the engagement ring anyways but that will definitely be my last time stepping into that location.
Horrible customer service. They tell you something will be ready on a certain day and not only one time but twice it is not. We wasted our time driving back and forth.
