I will say that the selection & the customer service they have is amazing. Best selection & customer service I've seen & had at a jewelry store. Staff is very knowledgeable about everything. I am disappointed with the fact I want to take in my own center stone & have it mounted & they tell me I might not be able to do so & worry me that I might have issues with my center stone. Also that I wouldn't have any kind of warranty on the ring setting that I purchase from them. Which defeats the purpose because you're spending lots of money on a nice quality setting. I understand that they can't give me warranty on the center stone. But they should still stand behind there product regardless of the fact because you're buy the setting from them. But in all honesty I'll probably take my business down the road to Diamonds Direct at least they offer me warranty on the ring setting I purchase.

Great experience here! We bought my husbands ring and mine here. Very quick and the best prices in town. Not pushy at all and the customer service reps will help you choose and offer helpful tips and opinions. Definitely coming back for our fine jewelry needs!

Knowledgeable and the sales man was very friendly. No regrets wife lost ring sadlyud83dude2d. After 19yrs she deserved a big upgrade. Happy wife Happy life!

Was informed on television that there is a gemologist on site. I inquired with salesperson about a gemstone that a friend gave me because she said that she had many and wanted to sell her things. I told her I would try to find out about it. The salesperson told me to call my homeowners insurance. I'm thinking like huh? My homeowners insurance? What if I'm homeless, living in a group home as house parent, luve in a convenant, many different reasons pop into my head within seconds why I would not have homeowners insurance. No other option was given. No gem specialist , gemologist , geologist, or archeologist. :-)

My wife and I have been customers of Americus Diamond since 1989, before the big building and poor customer service. My son is a customer, and his best man became a customer as well. I've always sent people to Americus Diamond when they tell me they are looking for good diamonds. I have purchased rings, upgrades and diamond earrings.nnToday we went in to upgrade a wedding band set and diamond upgrade for our anniversary and left after 30 minutes because we were never helped and barely acknowledpged. One person said they would be with us shortly, then we were not addressed again.nAt the front of the store is a sign stating that you don't need a number, they have security on the second floor that informs them of who walked in next and that is how they help you! However, this is not true because we saw a few people walk in after us and they were helped almost right away. We stayed at the counter and as I said, we left after 30 minutes! This is terrible customer service! Also, it was a Monday, so it’s not like it was overly busy.nAmericus needs to have numbers that people get when they walk in. This is not the same great customer service we have received in the past, things have changed.
