I am disgusted at their lack of customer service and professionalism. They did not call me when my chain was ready; I had to call and ask if it was ready. When I paid, I had to request a receipt. Jim, an employee, wrote on a little piece of paper “Paid cash 32.47 for H.B. Chain (Jim).” Jim stated that this is my receipt and if I wanted a real one I had to come back when then owner is there. Every employee should be able to provide the customer with a receipt, even if the owner is not present. I find that to be highly unprofessional that you do not give your customers a detailed receipt of the services rendered. It gives the impression that Diamonds Angels do not want to be held liable for any mistakes or leave behind a paper trail. Diamonds Angels is a shady place and I would not recommend them.

Adam is wonderful, responsible, and attentive.nnI went to him to have part of my watch collection appraised. In total, I left 9 vintage, rare Rolex watches with him. He was professional, quick, and did a great job for a competitive price.nnI would recommend Adam and his business without reservations.

I was looking for a Hamsa necklace. Adam was super and told me he would get some for me to choose from. I came back 1 week later and he had a beautiful selection and also some other charms. We use them for repair as well. Always happy with the service.
