I’ll be completely honest, I didn’t really know what to expect when walking into Blue Diamond as I’ve been to a few jewelers here in town getting mixed results. I came in because I wanted to know exactly what jewelry I had was plated, the karat, and what I could get for everything. I wasn’t in very high spirits because the previous jeweler I went to looked at my pieces and told me several items were plated and all they did was stare at them. Not at blue diamond though. At blue diamond you can be 100% certain that they’re going to chemically test your jewelry and be absolutely certain that you’re getting a great deal. Very knowledgeable staff, I learned an infinite amount of knowledge talking to the owner and staff. 100% recommend these guys, I had an absolute blast talking to the staff and learning about the various items they purchase and sell.
I highly recommend Blue Diamond. The owner was very patient and took the time to answer every single question I had, and didn't give me run-of-the-mill, or worse, flippant, answers. I paid fair, market prices on the items I wanted and I am looking forward to doing more business here in the future. I'll be encouraging my friends and family to do business here, too. A great little store with a HUGE A++ in customer service!
EXCELLENT Auction House!!!! I have made some great purchases here. super fast delivery at a fair price. You can bid with confidence. Some of the grab bag lots of tokens yielded some interesting, exciting, and unexpected finds. One in particular was a token that will meant a lot to a long time friend I was able to give it to He has it prominently displayed in his home. I am sure their coin lots would be the same. On my coin purchases it is nice to work with an auction house that does not search through what they sell. I have always gotten my money's worth and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coins I receive. This is one of only two auction houses I am comfortable buying ungraded coins through after 5 decades of numismatic purchases. I look forward to their next auction the second my purchase arrives.
Great experience.nAs a first time coins (precious metals) buyer I was provided with all the time I needed to understand the basics principles of type of coins and coins purchasing.
