Great under pressure. My lender waited until the very last minute to send the Closing Disclosure and there was an update with the final numbers too. The people at the title company worked around the clock to close on time, despite the last minute situation being caused by my lender.nnMy only negative feedback is that they didn't check to see if my lender provided a deed or not and this was discovered on the day of closing. However, they still got the deed drafted that same day and we closed on time. Great job!

I had an easy, painless experience with NAT. Katie Bratton helped us. In fact, it was so easy, I kept calling to see if everything was ok because they didn't keep asking for more documentation.

Terrible - Judy Ortiz does not do sub to deals although she thinks she does. I lost a deal because of her confusion.
