Frontier Title

It was great title experience. Ricky, was always there for any questions we had along the way.

I know it's a very busy time to buy a home right now because the market is so hot. But being first time buyers I thought we would get a lot more communication than what we did. Sometimes it would take up to 2 days to get a response back. When asking a question that they were suppose to know she would send me to the Brooker, I would ask the brooker and he would send me back to her. Merry go round. They would both talk to me like i was slow as if i didn't know what i was talking about. When we went in to sign our paper work we were told it would take about an hr and we were there for 4. Paperwork kept having to be sent back for corrections. After signing the paper work we never got offered to take a picture holding the title sign and we had to ask about receiving our keys which we were told that we would have to wait even longer. (Owner still had to come in and sign). All in all I wish there was ALOT more communication along with compassion and enthusiasm since this was our first purchase of a home ever. And this is the job they choose to do. So customer service should be on point.. I felt like a complete bother to her. Left there feeling a little sad and not very important to them at all. Just another sell. I recently reached out to Heather about not taking a picture and all she said was we have signs in our lobby you're welcomed to come by anytime. Not even an apology for her mistake.. again making me feel like I'm not important at all.. i did say no thanks to that because we should have been offered this simply act of pleasure when we were there for 4 hours. Now we are just a bother again. WOULD NOT recommend them at all. Well maybe just Heather.

They did a fantastic job. They made it simple and quick. They know their job for some of us that are not familaf with this process. Our thanks to all. So glad it's over and a done process.

I'm deeply saddened to be writing this kind of review for what should have been a wonderful first-time home buyer experience.nnGoing into this for the first time, I had lax expectations about what this experience should be like. Even so, the lack of communication and enthusiasm has left my fiance and I with a bitter taste in our mouths.nnThe whole experience felt very transnational and there was little to no consideration given to our feelings. The documents were incorrect and it seemed as if the office was not sure of what had previously been communicated.nnThat can be forgive, people make mistakes. What prompted me to write this poor review is the complete lack of communication (even now 2 days later) from Heather. We called, emailed, and left messages, only to be met with complete silence.nnOur realtor was so kind and able to coordinate all the details for us but it felt as if once we signed all the paperwork, we were dismiss-able. All we were told was when and where to pick up the keys when the funds cleared. I thought maybe we were important and special? It doesn't feel like it.nnIn good conscious, I cannot recommend this title company to anyone as a first-time home buyer.

Initially when we signed the contract thru the automated Docu-Sign the spelling of my wife's first name was incorrect. Two months later when we closed, the title company drew up the entire 44 page closing contract with my wife's first name misspelled on all 44 pages. Realtor was GREAT...Not so much for the title company. Lots of line thru corrections and luckily for us it did not have to go back for reprint.
